Cheers mate Happy most I pulled at 99kg was 260 I think?? In the suit, I like the suited pulls doesn't feel like I'm gonna snap! Most raw at over 90 was 220, hoping to get back up to thy but at 80kg

Trained at the scummer gym today, haven't trained in quite a while and I've put about 10lb back on!!!

Doing a basic training plan now 4 day split with 2 cardio days

20 minute walk at 5.5kh

Upper body
Bench
50x12,12
60x12,12,12,12

Dbell press
16x12,12,12

Single hand row machine
5 sets of 10

Lat raises
3x10

Dbell curls
4x12

Felt alright just not used to lifting any kind of weights anymore lol
