Doing a basic training plan now 4 day split with 2 cardio days 20 minute walk at 5.5kh Upper body Bench 50x12,12 60x12,12,12,12 Dbell press 16x12,12,12 Single hand row machine 5 sets of 10 Lat raises 3x10 Dbell curls 4x12 Felt alright just not used to lifting any kind of weights anymore lol | ||
