Few sets of light squats, got a niggle ion my left hamstring which is a bit worrying need more stretching I think

Get the pump on lol felt good today, need to tighten up my core a bit but im feeling good at the minute


Horse riding now for a few hours with the wife thats my new cardio lol

Managed to get rid of one of our horses so now only got one! thank fook, think i'd kill the poor girl if i got on her!

haha sore arse material when I get off the thing lol we had to get a new one cos I was too big for the old boy got a 16.2 clydesdale cross thoroughbred now hes spot on for me like being in arm chair lol
