A smooth 240 is as good as a hitched 250 in terms of progress! Great pull and your only finding feet again on deads.

Glad you agree Happy im not apposed to it being heavy at all its just that deadlift is out of my league pulling raw anyway, I reckon the rest events if I could kick this metal block would be alright for me, and that Dbell is easy you just have to spend a day learning where to sit it before press

Thanks too, no videos sorry my phone died as soon as I got to gym Unhappy will get some Thursday though!!

Well I may need my box adjusting on Thursday Wink and thanks mate I was thinking the same feels so much better to pull clean, and like you say only second proper deadlift session back so can't complain at all, look forward to a batter on thursday Happy oh and some training too lol

Thanks Dan Happy the new suit is ace loads of pop from floor even with straps down which is where I need it most, it's not as aggressive on the balls as pagans suit either lol

Thanks Will, was sort of testing the waters today, back to the plan next week, how you getting on with your suit? This new one feels like it will be a bit hard for repping will have to experiment with it I think

It is a bloody heavy comp,
But the db we brought you is 80kg mate, the 70 kg is a lot easier its prob easier than the 64 ss one, but its a completly defferent technique.
Good deadlifting gra mate, & get the 90s qual done u will do really well mate & a great chance to qualify it will be bloody hard for every one & I dont think anyone is garantied to make top 4

Grin thank you, I'll do a suited penguin pull on Thursday as Sunday was a bit rammed and it didn't feel the right place to bust out a gimp mask haha
