Eh up Rog, I think it was a bad time to weigh myself lol ive only put abouit 5lb back on tbh, id eaten a family size dominos and loads of s**t that weekend!

Im on the weight loss still target weight is 12.5 stone and looking lean!! Im toying with doing some BB type cutting and training tbh but we shall see.

Ive not trained all month tbh mate, been so busy at work and just run down after the wedding, Ive just started back this week 2 days conditioning running each day so im sure ill lean up again soon, im no doing Dragons but i will ber trying my best to come cheer you all on, think my comp days are over before they started tbh lol my body feels a bit broken in certain places.

I just want to feel fit again, was doing really well up to the wedding was at 12 stone 12lb and felt great, ive hit the clen again lol and ordereding lots more for the coming months! also stopped smoking so im hoping that will help the fitness. any way im rambling now lol

new training is going to be ok to maintain i thinkits only a 4 day split, im doing

Monday
Cardio
Upper body, shoulders volume
Tuesday
Cardio
lower body, deads
Wednesday
Cadio and abs
Thursday
upper body mainly back, shoulders heavy
Friday
Lower body, squats and leg asistance

just have to see how it goes Happy I just need a routine so when I go in gym I can switch off and just train

anyways, how you doing? you keeping the weight off in prep for dragons or you cutting?
