Roger believe it or not mate that is the first time I have EVER done A jump like that, I usually do steady 10kg Jumps, it was ok though! I defiantley noticed how heavy the difference was though, Rotator cuff twinged slightly to..

Sled drags (Tire on painted floor)

I hope im right in assuming the friction caused by the tire on the floor made these weights seem alot heavier...

not heavy weights really but honestly, dragging them along the gym floor in a tire they seemed to weigh a tonne!!
