Last session , of the year , best try and make it a good 1 ....

Overhead Press
1x20 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 37.5kg
1x5 @ 45kg
1x5 @ 55kg
1x3 @ 62.5kg
1x3 @ 72.5kg
1x(8) @ 80kg (3+ set)
1x10 @ 67.5kg
1x9.5 @ 67.5kg (tricep fail , not enough rest time!!)
1x10 @ 57.5kg
2x10 @ 52.5kg

SQUAT
1x5 @ 50kg
1x5 @ 80kg
1x5 @ 100kg
1x5 @ 120kg
1x5 @ 140kg
1x3 @ 162.5kg
1x3 @ 182.5kg

Deadlift
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 100kg
1x5 @ 140kg
1x3 @ 180kg
1x1 @ 200kg
1x5 @ 220kg (this went really well...)
1x1 @ 240kg (still going well....)
1x1 @ 265kg PB (reasonable off the floor but seemed to take an eternity to lockout!.First time i have pulled over 240kg with a mixed grip)

Nice way to finish off the year , pulling every plate we had in the gym , guess i best get some more ordered !!

Nice pull to round the year off with bud, well done! You've got the same problem as me with running out of weights LOL

Awesome end to 2011 there. I expect a 300 kg deadlift from you well before 2012 is out now !

I'm gona say this mark you have had a f**king tasty year, development of your strength been awesome and you have improved your tech
Too. So 2012 you gona do e tune your tech for your body type and push your strength onwards

Would like to see you up in Orkney

Yeah this year has went crazy , i hope i can continue to improve in both technique and strength and remain injury free in 2012.
I really would love to visit Orkney , once the events and weights are announced i shall give it some real consideration Neil Happy I have to lose my cherry somewhere i guess !

(out at a party until 4am , woke up and was dying to do some training , i must be nuts!)

531 Cycle 3 Week 3

Bench Press
1x20 @ 20kg
1x5 @ 35kg
1x5 @ 52.5kg
1x5 @ 65kg
1x3 @ 77.5kg
1x5 @ 95kg
1x3 @ 107.5kg
1x(7) @ 120kg (7th was a toughy!)
2x10 @ 95kg
1x10 @ 82.5kg
2x10 @ 75kg

Farmers Walk
1x40m @ 35kg
1x40m @ 75kg
1x20m @ 95kg
1x20m @ 115kg (15 secs)
1x11.25m @ 140kg (heaviest i have ever lifted , grip was fine but balance wasnt great , walking on uneven chuckies is not easy at this weight!!Measured it so i had something to work on improving !!)
1x20m @ 115kg

Tricep Pulldown
1x10 @ 25kg
1x10 @ 35kg
1x10 @ 40kg
2x10 @ 50kg

DB Hammercurls
1x10 @ 11kg
3x10 @ 23kg

Incline Situp
3x10 @ 10kg behind neck

Not a planned session , wasnt expecting to train after new years party but woke up feeling reasonably fresh and fancied getting some farmers work in . The 140kg pickup wasnt as hard as i expected , but my balance was crap come 10m or so and i dumped them more for self preservation than anything else , grip was still good etc.Benchpress felt "heavy" at the 95kg mark but 120kg went up for 7 not so bad,happy enough with that.

theres no doubt that a 140kg farmers walk is strong! you are trying and succeeding
