It has crossed my mind of course to do the SSM qualifier , but every time i go heavy this intercostal is causing me a lot of pain the session after so i really dont know. I really am going to have to cut back on overly heavy stuff and just focus on 5s and 3s i think. | ||

Very apprehensive with pulling , really struggling to trust in my side atm. | ||
