It has crossed my mind of course to do the SSM qualifier , but every time i go heavy this intercostal is causing me a lot of pain the session after so i really dont know. I really am going to have to cut back on overly heavy stuff and just focus on 5s and 3s i think.

Back in the gym after missing 5 sessions because of the stupid intercostal injury recurring AGAIN.Pressing felt good considering the downtime , deadlifts not so much. Very apprehensive with pulling , really struggling to trust in my side atm.

I was full of painkillers , it seemed reasonably pain free though. Its the cleaning phase that scares me the most atm .
