cheers davy, aye my grip was fine on deads tonight brians got a right good bar to pull with better than the one in my gym. axle my grip was pish! if i can get it up then i think my press is ok. im gonnae work on the continental style. | |||

unit training today DEADLIFT 70kg x 5 120kg x 5 160kg x 2 200kg x 2 240kg x 1 (belt on) 280kg x 1 (felt comfy) 290kg x F (missed it by a baw hair just couldnt lock the hips out.im confident 300 will fall by feb) AXLE CLEAN & PRESS 55kg x 5 75kg x 5 85kg x 5 85kg x 5 then i tried some continental cleans failed the lot of them!!! BENCH 100kg x 5 140kg x 5 100kg x 15 LOG 60kg x 5 80kg x 2 80kg x 2 80kg x 2 pretty tired at this point no real effort whent in here! TRAP BAR SHRUGS 100kg x 20 100kg x 20 mixed bag tonight deads im pretty happy with the 280 wish i missed it tho and whent straight for a PB. axel is something i need to practice big time once i hit 90kg+ i cant clean it?? i know if i can get the continentals working the press shouldnt be a problem. | |||
