cheers davy stephen, aye am still a light weight put a few kilo bak on 97kg i weighed today.

good for you m8t i dropped 3 stone in 3months lost a fair bit of strenght aswell but its slowly creeping back up and if i can put the weight on purely muscle this time it should be good...

cheers guys. plan was chist and arms tonite but it ended up a total f**k up of a session my fone kept ringing constant and it was calls i needed to deal with so pissed at the timing....
