cheers davy stephen, aye am still a light weight put a few kilo bak on 97kg i weighed today. DEADLIFT 100kg x 10 140kg x 5 160kg x 5 180kg x 5 200kg x 5 200kg x 5 200kg x 5 FLOOR TO OVERHEAD 500kilo 50kg x 10 in 18sec 50kg x 10 in 16sec will do 1000kilo F/O next week CHEST bodeyweight X 20rep decent sesh with mr MURRAY some good cardio in there short breaks inbetween. | |||

good for you m8t i dropped 3 stone in 3months lost a fair bit of strenght aswell but its slowly creeping back up and if i can put the weight on purely muscle this time it should be good... | |||

cheers guys. plan was chist and arms tonite but it ended up a total f**k up of a session my fone kept ringing constant and it was calls i needed to deal with so pissed at the timing.... BENCH 60kg x 15 60kg x 15 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 140kg x 2 then gave up had enough talking on the fne!! plenty of press ups before bed i think! |
