I'm Marc 24 and from Edinburgh been competing in Unequipped powerlifting for 2 years now and dabbled in Olympic lifting this year.

I'm going my log here because it seems to be the done thing.

Some PB's to start.

Squat - 230kg
Bench - 172.kg (paused), 185kg touch and go and 190 kg cheated (arse up).
Deadlift - 265kg
Close Grip Bench - 170kh
Floor Press - 182.5kg

Front Squat - 175kg
Clean - 135kg
C+J - 130 kg
Snatch - 90kg (hang), 85kg (floor)
Push Press - 150kg (BN), 130kg in front

Chin Up - bw + 55kg
Pull up - bw + 40kg
Dips - bw + 100kg x 3

Couple of vidyas

230kg squat



150kg Push Press



265kg deadlift



135 kg Clean

Scottish Unequipped's this morning (25/7/2010) won the 100kg class and set a scottish record in the total.

Weighed in @ 100.1 got into the 100kg class on merit of the referee not wanting to see my cock.

Squat

210kg (464) x 1 - easy
220kg (486) x 1 - bit high
230kg (508) x 1 - Good Rep 22lbs PB

Bench

160kg (353) x 1 - easy
167.5kg (370) x 1 - difficult
172.5kg (381) x miss

Deadlift

250kg (551) x 1 - easy
265kg (585) x 1 - reasonable
272.5kg (602) x miss - was f**ked by this stage

Total 662.5kg (1465) 23.5kg PB ( 51lbs)

Bryan was very ill for a while and missed a lot of training, I reckon he will be capable of around 570 in not too long.

230kg x 1 (wraps and belt - horrifically high)
230kg x 1,0 (Wraps and belt - 3/4 squat and then a full squat that I didn't come up from)
140kg x 2 (paused)

First time in wraps and they are f**king horrible, very uncomfortable and walking around like I've been gang raped.
