Sunday I walked from Chalfont & Latimer station on the Metropolitan line to Hemel Hempstead which was a very enjoyable albeit pretty long walk through the Chilterns. As usual this was followed by a slightly sub standard Hertfordshire curry. | ||

Ab wheel and hyper extensions. Im actually enjoying the ab wheel. I want to use it to get my abs aesthetic. | ||
