Tendonitis givin me s**t since mondays push press attempts so nothing heavy on the pressing side of things today. Always forget the golden rule to keep my elbows working properly - DONT DO HEAVY PULL AND PUSH IN THE SAME SESH!

Not timed, fast as possible.
Ss with 6 press ups! Lol f**kED!


Cable fly/face pulls ladders
Both no 11 on stack.
Starting at 10 ending after 5.

Nearly puked.

Tricep/elbow still a bit crap hence light work but its improved a bit.
