Lovely to have you down today mate. The 220 squat was soooooo close.....on a different day that would go no probs. Can see you squatting 240+ this year mate.

erm hard to say as im not a fan of raw squat so they go on at 180, I reckon 10-15kg maybe?? its more the confidence with me, as JC stated today I dont really wrap as tight as I should so I need to work on that for PL singles, think last year I did 180 raw and 200 wrapped so that would be easiest thing to say, i'll be doing some oly squats soon so will see how I get on then

Just been thinking of trying wraps as my knees a pretty smashed up and hurt at anything over 120 without some sport supports so wandering if pl sleaves or wraps is way to go for my squatting

Thanks JC really enjoyed rolling with the big dogs today Happy Thank for the kind words, i think I failed the squat without trying my best tbh was just knackered but it didnt feel too heavy which was nice, I really hope I can hit 240+ would be a big big deal for me!

And that dbell is getting ''jerked'' through the f**king ceiling next time im down haha

I dont like the fact that my knees feel vulnerable without wraps so i use them, best way to avoid an injury in my mind and if you would compete in them may as well train in them and get used to them Happy

Thanks JP Happy I reckon your right mate, I need to learn to dig in more on squats and get the reps out, I'm building up slow and steady though this time Happy

The wraps were jc's I use inzer ones normally but I need to Learn to jack them up, probably a bw idea using someone else's wraps for a max effort lol I'll get it next time! Wraps jacked and straps tight on suit wil bury it and more!!

Last day at work today so did a bit of stretching off stuff 

Tricep rope push downs 3x30
Face pulls 3x30
Bicep cable curls 3x30
Cable upright rows 3x20
Light bench tng feet up 4x20

Bit of tech work in the shirt 
65x3x3
85x3x3
95x3x2
95x10 1st rep paused 9 tng

Hammer curls 3x8

I'm a bench whore now lol not massive number just yet, just finding my feet, can't afford a fail on bench it scares me enough as it is, all reps are fast though so far 

Last session for a few days now, new job starts tomorrow and I'm nervous as f**k lol

Cheers for your view on the wraps mate. I find due to old injuries my knees hurt like hell squatting.
