Comments :Great session today at HQ with Buzz and Bear. 160kg x12 is an all time PB and I guess 190kg x2 is a PB double. Good legs day again at HQ on a monday (except its tuesday)

Nice few sessions Allan, super strong. 100 double on the log really pisses me off, as does the squat 160 for 12, although not too much as I'm sure you must have been close to death after that set! Grin

Thanks man, that's what I'm scared of. Going to take bigger jumps now between weeks and between cycles just have to work out numbers that seem ok for the next 9 weeks.

Ta Ben. Maybe but it will be for a few reps. I don't like 'maxing out' in training with singles. Will be happy to nail a 200 double some time soon and then maybe for more later on!
