Nah its the Scottish Open.

Yeah first week wasn't nice. Last week was more comfortable, this week I'm having an easier week to recover and then I'll maybe do another week of 10s or just switch to 5s now.

I was using my new dumb bell and it reminded me of the time you poked yourself in the eye with yours , and it made me laugh out loud in the shed.

Thought i'de post this up as it's the first proper training PB single I've done in a while. Also think this is the first time my rack Jerk has been above my clean and Jerk.



Training has been hampered by a few niggles I have carried from the build up to the Scottish seniors last year which are made worse squatting and snatching. Trying to give them a rest just now and focus on front squat, jerks and cleans which are relatively safe and pain free.
