Comments :Bit f**ked today so kept it a bit lighter and combined todays sessions.

Warmed up with some snatch balance with plate between feet to open out hips with 40kg.

Pull (stay over) + 2 Power Snatch from 8.5" Blocks:

Comments :First time front squatting in a while. Feels decent! Changed to take away some squat volume so hopefully should start to freshen up and raise the intensity.

It is mate, it's the one that hookgrip got commissioned sell. I like it, it's a good fit and doesn't work out too bad - if you only order a couple items as you don't get hit with royal mails ridiculous 8 quid handling surcharge over a certain amount.

It was $22 and then there's a flat rate $15 postage. I have ordered quite a few items and found that 2 t-shirts or about $45 (not including delivery) is about the limit before you get charged customs. The customs isn't usually too bad only a quid or two but Royal Mail see fit to add on 8 handling surcharge for doing nothing extra.
