Comments :Pretty good session today. Everyone switched on after last weeks comp and working hard. Shame there's no one around my weights (or heavier) just now to go against.

Theres other numbers between 105 and 110 Happy

But yeah, after 4 weeks if I could double 110 I would be pretty f**king happy.

Definately! Its mainly younger lifters in but the dude who was training with me in my garage is a tidy lifter at 77kg. He is back over here for uni, only 19 and just done 100/125 at the Westerns.

Comments :Decent enough training session. I always come in on a Saturday tight as f**k etc. no amount of warming up seems to help hence my feet jumping in during snatch and cleans etc. it doesn't seem to happen (much, if at all midweek). Tried doing f**k all, tried doing loads of hip stretching but always the same. Think next week I will do some light work on the Friday almost like a competition taper and see if I fair better. Could just be that its earlier in the morning that I usually train.
