Member 616, 8404 posts SQ 180, BP 130, DL 220530.0 kgs @ 78.8kgs UnEq | there are a few gbpf comps coming up in glasgow, the palace of arts i think whereever that is. push pull end of the month some time open at the beggining of june unequipped at end of july. ill be doing the last 2 and im a novice too, ive done 1 before and i got 2 pbs and had a generally grand time, great sense of comarardary and a great experiance, think youd enjoy it. the only person to beat is yourself at these things | ||

Front Squats : 20kg x12 40kg x6 60kg x3 80kg x3 100kg x3 120kg x1 Back Squats : 120kg x3 140kg x3 150kg x3 160kg x0 (Fail!) 157.5kg x0 (Fail!) 150kg x1 150kg x1 Ab Rollout : 10, 8, 8 Side Plank : 30s each side, 30s rest 30s each side, 30s rest 30s each side Not too bad a session. Could start making excuses had a really sore head and forgot my normal trainers but made the most of it. Tried front squats and enjoyed them, although my wrists got too sore so had to stop. Need to work on that flexibility. Back squats where okay I suppose. Just missed the 160 and I think that sapped my strength. Still got 3 good singles on the 150 though. | ||

Use the same dumbells for all do 15 reps and move to the next exercise. Get a great pump from them and they are hard as hell 5kg 5kg 5kg Weighted Dips : 20kg x8 20kg x8 20kg x8 20kg x8 Overall good session. New PB on bench. Legs a bit sore from yesterdays front squats I guess so the power cleans where harder than last week but still got them done. Good shoulder workout and dips went well. | ||
