Comments :Good session. Squats felt strong however I think I messed up the last set by standing around too long with the weight on by back before squatting. Will take 7 anyway. Paused squats felt easy so will up the weight next time. Ab work went okay, have to get myself an ab wheel.

Comments : Bench was good. 100kg for 10 reps is a good pb, previous max was 7 or 8 at 100. Everything else run of the mill.

Thanks mate. Bench hasnt half shot up recently. Dunno why as I've back off the volume a bit on it, could be the dips?

Comments : Deadlifts felt okay so was going to go for a PB but realised that I sold my york cast iron plates, ah well another time. Tried to mix the pullups up a bit to keep the lats guessing. Interupted here by the delivery of my 6 shiny new 25kg plates. Getting used to the GM's and the new rows.

Thanks mate. Aye following 5/3/1 if a bit losely, seems to work wonders for bench. Giving it a cycle or two to see how squats and deads go.

I dont want to think about how much it cost but its easy approaching the 2000 mark now.

Comments : Squats felt heavy from the start. When I got to 140 I wasnt settling for less than 6 so got there, was tough. Took a breather and then went for a PB on a bad day and it felt easy. Just as well I got it as the spotters where useless as you can see from the video. Paused squats are good and the I like the rollouts too.

That 160 looked very easy mate, plenty more in the tank and yeah I agree those spotters looked totally gash lol.
