After a few weeks in the sun training with THE SMALL and Clint and Ozzie and other chaps, and then a week and a half back down to earth in rainy Essex, I'm training again. Training in Cyprus was splendid for the company, but the actual workouts faded a bit after a promising start, though signed off with a good bench session trying out the shirt Clint kindly donated!
