thanks Neil, Paul, Dan and James! squatting was okay yesterday, first sets were tough but last one was pretty comfortable.

Paul - the rep/set scheme is all part of THE PLAN laid down by one of a SMALL disposition. Therefore any criticism should be flung in his direction. Grin
