sone brilliant training Alex , the complex with cleans and hang clean sounds tough as hell 180x3 is no too shabby either , especially without a belt!!

thanks Nick, Smallcoach disapproves of hissy fits and emotional outbursts, but they have to be done!

thanks Luke my friend, the complex is a lot tougher than it should be because I lack skills from the hang! but they shall be acquired. 180x3 is okay but should really be routine weight! thanks again mate!
