power clean + jerk practice

*most cleans were 'good' by my standards in that I actually dip (slightly in this case, it's only 60kg!!) to catch the bar and don't shoot the feet out to the sides, and I whip the elbows under to catch instead of power reverse curling on to the shoulders. THE SMALL ONE has provided guidance in these matters.
