50 minutes or so brisk walking before breakfast. Plenty of exercise to increase the metabolism and encourage beard growth.

Fairly light session today, nothing to write home about. It's going to be a busy week work-wise and I also have an airport run tomorrow so I might as well 'd*load'.

Flat bench, dumbbell hammer press, shoulder press. Oh, and some pushdowns inspired by Smallbeard's latest bodybuilding trickery.

Still taking it easy. Today was lower body-ish:
- Hack Squat
- Good Morning
- Pulldown Abs
- Tbar machine/chin superset
- High rep shrugs

Nothing remotely heavy but am looking forward to hitting it hard next week.

I've also been for my constitutionals the past couple of days.

well, it was sub-par today but that's probably down to a lack of calories, so I am eating more.

Yesterday, I did absolutely nothing (not even cardio) and ate many carbs. As a result, today's workout was somewhat less disgraceful than usual.

back at it today. going to do a few weeks of pin pressing and see what it does for the old bench.

pin press (bottom up, all reps paused)
chest level, middle finger on rings
80kg x 3

4-5" off chest, middle finger on rings

8" or so off chest, essentially a lockout, pinkie finger on rings
105kg x 3
110kg x 3

dumbbell press, hammer grip
35kg dumbbells for 2 x 8

rope pushdown
