No mate never had a love of powerlifting i like the odd lifts in strongman the circus like feats of strength,log , dumbell, axle etc....... plus untill i put another 50kilos on my deadlift and 30 on my squat i wouldnt be up to standard .
Single lift maybe ? but the other 2 lifts need a lot of work !

On the contrary mate everything was slow and laboured , need to get back eating again as i have missed tons of meals over the last week or two !
