Started on some conans to try and warm up for some moving events

decided to just do 1 reps up stairs

dumbell thin handle, fat handle up to 50kg, was trying a new tekk of having the dumbell in vertical position, today was just to turn up and see what i could learn!

David hell fire mate youve put some hard graft into those sessions in the last few weeks Happy

Saw you with that Dumbell today mate sorry didnt get a chance to come over and speak but I competed against you at champions of the future comp back in march.

your overhead work is inspiring fells as is your strength increases on 18" deads and the like.

I too have put my name down for dragons 3.

Thanks Rodger there wear loads of people at osg it was like a guess who game, champs of the future was a great comp , at the moment i am still learning how weights should be lifted!! Next year i should be moving some heavy weights congrats on the deadlift pb!!

That belt has Fanny written on the inside and Gold's Gym on the outside and threrefore doesn't count. It's more of an anti fashion statement.

Haha fanny is awersum its the only belt ive felt good in, it got me through the champs comp, the sleeves ive got are double ply xxxl hope you get some well worth the money

Started of today on front squats and jerks:
fs 50k j x5
fs 70k j x5
fs 90k j x2

carried on the fronts only
95k x3
105k x1 pb!
115k x1 pb!!!
could off gone home as all i was doing was coughing all the time but did some more jerks with joni, stotty, Sam instead
60k x5
80k x2
100k x1 thought this was a to big of a gap to jump but it was the easiest ive ever done it
102.5k x1 even better

deadlift barbell from floor with riain:
100k x8
130x1 really felt easy
140x1
160x1
170x1 this was horrible but didn't want to stop the lift
new there was more if i got my tekk right
180x1 pb!!!
Didn't care how this was going up
but it was better than my 170kg
to my surprise, glad i stade Grin
