Upto 90% in the snatch in the first week back which is not bad at all. Plan for next week: Snatch. heavy single. drop down and do reps at 60k working on speed. Snatch high pulls 10% more then the heavy snatch Front squat 50k just as good as the 40k today. | ||

Thanks Jordan. lower abs are abit black and blue because of snatch but that will go over the next week or two. Not lifting in knee sleeves due to the fact that my knees are fine. Im walking about alot more so that could be the best thing for bad knees. Never would of guessed. The lifts I done today were easy apart from snatch (Pain. ill get over that) and front squat (abit forward on the 110k). I think know what weights to start from over the next month or two. Very happy with the 100k front squat. Felt like nothing was on the bar. Got two days rest from weightlifting so will see how I feel on sunday. Felt like s**t training three days in a row but the only thing I had to work for was the snatch, 40k all the way upto the 85k but you have them day's. | ||
