That's tomorrow, Today was tricepy. Plus when I start benching probably I don't want it to mess up the Olympic training.

Starting low means success rate is higher but progress is slow, Im happy with that.

140 bench would be nice one day Happy

Benching will not help Olympic people be more Olympic but some bench, if you care about bodyweight lifts then adding muscle where it is not not needed is not the best move.

We are the size we are, it shouldn't be seen as a negative or positive in my book.

A good lift is a good lift but in terms of being competitive at a bodyweight class then its key.

I don't plan on doing any comps for 2 years so I can be any weight I want (not that it will change much)
