Yeap, Doc says its sciatica nerve pain I can feel and in most cases it should go soon. But also said its being caused by something that needs sorting out. Ive done everything to try and address the issue and I can see where it will end up in the end.

Pointless doing weightlifting if you are (a) making it worse (b) unable to function properly when doing ordinary daily tasks. Over what, a hobbie?

Ive had a good old think and I would like to not be a walking gripple at 25 years old so ill work on getting forearms like Rambo and a neck like butter bean.

Sciaic nerve pain is sometimes from the fact the piriformiw muscle is around the sciatic nerve and when it tightens too much it causes thw twinges. Have you had a proper sports massage?

Herniated Disc is what I would put my money on, would a sports massage fix that?
