Im going to keep this short, my 1 rep max to date are:

strict press 80kg-90kg
back squat 150kg-170kg
front squat 100kg-130kg
push press 100kg-105kg-107.5k
jerk 105kg-116.5kg-120k
bench 100kg-130kg-132.5k
deadlift 170kg-200kg-220k
18" 180kg-232.5kg
floor to over head 100kg-112.5kg
snatch 70k-80k-92.5k
standing jump 220cm

at which point azz told me to try it without trainers on
170kg 3 reps PB
180kg 1 rep
185kg 1 rep
190kg 1 rep PB
dumbell: warm up 10 reps at 10kg
20kg 5 reps
30kg 5 reps
40kg 5x3 reps each hand rep PB

back squat: warm up bar
70kg 10 reps
100kg 5 reps
110kg 3 reps
120kg 2 reps
im finding these hard at the moment,

jerks: bar warm ups
50kg 5 reps
70kg 3 reps
80kg 2 reps
85kg 1 rep
90kg 1 rep

push press:
50kg 5 reps
70kg 3 reps
80kg 3 single reps

the weight feels ok just need to setal the the dumbell and ill be repping 50kg

strict press:

cleans:
70kg 1x3
90kg 1x2

Another good session Dave!

Consistency is more important than anything so your training is solid

Remember to get your grip work in too... Good mix of moving, events and static weight training so far too
