72.5k 1x1 PB. ok, im done on this now. ill warm upto 50% then find what my best is with a little jump.

WRC.

Did some split jerks for people looking to gain a level 1/2 in weightlifting....


40k 10x2 could of been more or less,

then did some snatch of blocks upto 70k
squat jerks upto 70k
back squats 30k 3x10
jump squats 30k 3x5
standing jump, upto 240cm
3 jumps upto 7m

They are feeling alot better for sure, Just need to keep at it or stick 95k on the bar and go at it like a mad man Grin jokes

ill be happy to snatch 82.5k for three next month.

Snatch grip jerk? Heavy OH squat? Some snatch variation? DEADLIFT 300 for max reps?

Snatch grip jerk for a double
power snatch for three to a easy single
overhead squat 5x3
snatch balance
clean pulls/power cleans

Im deadlifting 320 on saturday for 3x3 so im going to save my back, if your deadlifting an opener I could do some clean pulls maybe.

That`s a plan im thinking of but that could all change, i've contracted tiredness so could end up not doing much.

I''ve contracted a very shriveled ball sack, but regular sized testicles and let me tell you it HURTS LIKE f**k , this discourages me but other than that, I'm ready to go!

I have mental grief too. I am aware that's where my testosterone comes from and I don't like anything f**king with that!
