Mr Boar, My planned visit is a Saturday (Paggers has to work on the Sunday) and it's not next weekend, but the one after I think. It'd be lovely to see you, if you can make it. If not, I'm inviting myself to the facility very soon.  Oooh! What a day! Beefy, Matty, Jamesey (who kindly turned up even though he wasn't training), Cherny, Nazzy, Michaely and the nice Mr Grayson were all in attendance at the super Gym 1! And what a lovely little time we all had. Fanny did this... Matt "stretched me". Nice bar, Push press, 1 powerclean per tiny set: 60kg x2 60kg x2 Axle push press, 1 powerclean (or attempt of) each set: 30kg x6 60kg x2 70kg x1 70kg x3 (Beefy reminded me that Mr Boar had said 'make that fat c**t do reps!' 75kg x1 (Must have forgotten that bit about reps at this point) 75kg x1 60kg axle FtOH, then 70kg log 80kg xF 80kg xF 80kg xF 80kg x1, then 70kg log x1 60kg axle FtOH each rep x5 Farmers: 60kg x25m, turn and back 25m 90kg x20m Stones over yoke: WOO HOO!!! About f**king time that Fanny got to have a nice little go! 80kg x2 105kg x1 after a big f**k about, a few failed to get it off the ground attempts and a lot of struggling. 80kg x3 (Reps again look! I'm being good!). Massive wait at the bus stop with that bender, Cherny x1 3x trains home Several x cans About to have my PWPN (post workout pot noodle) and off to see Uncle Ed tomorrow! The only bad thing, apart from the fact that I'm not lifting anything heavy enough to warrant me doing that nice comp in March, is that Mr Grayson has insisted on staying over. He's on the settee though, I'm not top and tailing with him. | ||

Fanny was honored to be the patio's first visitor. Always a pleasure to see the 'Quorn powered, glucose filled, gay sex van' too. Although the amount of spunky glucose spilling out of your back doors was a little unsettling. Fanny's lovely day out at Mr Ed's patio: 13.5 inch deads, using Mr Ed's straps, which was nice! 60kg x3 100kg x3 140kg x3 160kg x3 180kg x3 190kg x3 140kg x10 from the floor, without straps. Some mad s**t with a wet, broken sandbag and a charming wooden sled x something Farmer's holds, some weights, then 100kg x30 seconds. Lovely little chat with Mr & Mrs Ed and a terrible journey home on trains and buses where I was unable to get a seat. Now Mr Mazz is here, stranded in London and falling asleep on my settee... You've got to do what you can for a stranded Welshman in London (probably make him into the first part of my human centipede). You did say make a long winded, over 10 minute video didn't you Mr Boar??? | ||
