It looked very comfortable and you make it so much harder on yourself with the slow lowering to the floor. That Fanny house 3 would probably equate to a 4 or 5 in a gym when you just "dropped" the weight onto the mats at the top , leaving all the energy for the actual pull | ||

I like to think I'd get more in a gymnasium where I could rapidly lower the weight, but I fear I've forgotten how to do that it's been so long. Still not decided if I'll start using a belt at any point again either.
