Set up felt a bit wonky and they felt pretty heavy on my back, but once they got going, they went down and up quite nicely Bench 60 x 5 60 x 5 100 x 3 110 x 3 5 sets of 120 x 3 machine front squat (paused) 3 sets of 135 x 5 CGBP 3 sets of 120 x 5 | ||

Once I get a pull to the knees I can lock the bugger out, but it's getting it there in the first place. Maybe some deficits are called for....or a look at my tech. Think i'm going way too low at the start SLDL 3 sets of 5 at 180 machine push press warmed up to 100 x 2 110 x 1 110 x 1 100 x 2 100 x 2 All a pice of cake Oly bar strict press 3 sets of 5 at 80 machine rows 3 x 8 at '15' and some bicep stuff | ||

Cardio has been on hold for a bit, but is now back as I really want to be 105 for the natty qualifier | ||

I used to train at work and got there twice a day, but the building is being redeveloped so have to go to a commercial gym and it doesn't open till 10 am, so no early morning pre-work sessions any more | ||

I think the raised heel was pitching me too far over the bar, which meant the bar was moving away from my body. Not good, but hopefully sorted by pulling in socks. We live and learn eh? SLDL 3 sets of 5 at 180 machine push press warmed up to 5 sets of 3 at 100 oly bar strict press 3 sets of 5 at 80 seated leg curl 3 x 8 at 55 machine row 3 x 8 at '15' 15 mins intervals on the treadmill | ||
