Rushed things a bit as I benched first and had to get out sharpish. The reason I had to bench first was there was some eejit doing curls in the squat rack. Now I have heard of this before, but it has been my good fortune never to have experienced it. I was not a happy chappy.... Fin | ||

Tech problem that is costing me a fair bit I reckon. Time to start pulling in the mirror! | ||
