All the squats felt hard. Rushed things a bit as I benched first and had to get out sharpish. The reason I had to bench first was there was some eejit doing curls in the squat rack. Now I have heard of this before, but it has been my good fortune never to have experienced it. I was not a happy chappy....

Some of these felt a bit ropey, so I videod my last set and turns out my hips are shooting up well before my shoulders. Tech problem that is costing me a fair bit I reckon. Time to start pulling in the mirror!

Then spent a most instructive hour with big Tom reconstructing my squat and getting ideas for assitance stuff/mobility etc. For the next few weeks squat weights will be very low in here, but should get back up soon. And I don't feel as sore as I thought I would, which is a result
