I got old(er), fat(ter) and injured most of the time from playing rugby. I was wrecked when I finally gave up rugby and trained only sporadically. I'm back now though. Watch this space!! | ||

I think the bar was a bit thicker 32mm maybe??) so couldn’t get it as far on my delts as usual) | ||
