Those were all time PBs from way back when (2008/9 I think). I got old(er), fat(ter) and injured most of the time from playing rugby. I was wrecked when I finally gave up rugby and trained only sporadically. I'm back now though. Watch this space!!

So now I'm in a race with Fatty John to a 300 pull by October. Some minor tweaking of the Plan is called for, but only minor, and no deadlift sessions will be missed in the next year*. A new journal isn't called for as a 300 pull will still be only mediocre in my eyes. Am looking forward to the challenge.
