Benching was nice and speedy, the bench was a nice height for me so I got a good set up. Triceps were kaput after the benching so the close grip stuff was a bit poor (should have got 6 or 7 on the last set). Must try to get out of bed earlier so I can put the close grip stuff on its own in the morning...

Very pleased with these, loads more in the tank (maybe 2 or 3 per set) but I got a bit of a twang after the first rep of the last set above my left glute so left things there. Think it might be SI issue again. Mucho rollering ahead methinks...

Pleased with this. The weight was nothing to write home about, but they were nice and speedy. Feeling good about pulling at the moment – the most confident I have been with them for quite some time

I forgot my gym bag. Unlike school there’s no ‘lost property’ bin or a slightly sadistic teacher who would make you do PE in your undercrackers so no training.
Will make up for it today by doing a couple of sessions
