Triceps were kaput after the benching so the close grip stuff was a bit poor (should have got 6 or 7 on the last set). Must try to get out of bed earlier so I can put the close grip stuff on its own in the morning... | ||

Think it might be SI issue again. Mucho rollering ahead methinks... | ||

Unlike school there’s no ‘lost property’ bin or a slightly sadistic teacher who would make you do PE in your undercrackers so no training. Will make up for it today by doing a couple of sessions | ||
