Felt very heavy due to me doing not even close to enough warm ups, so had to drop down for my working sets 5 sets of 3 at 122.5 Squats 70 x 5 110 x 5 130 x 3 150 x 3 5 sets of 3 at 165 2 x 8 at 120 Bit worried about the squats having not done them for a while, but they were all good. Onwards and upwards! CGBP 3 x 5 at 80. Doing these in a dual plane Smith machine felt much harder than in a regular smith, hence the reduced weight KB snatches 3 sets on 10 (each arm) 15 mins intervals on treadmill (felt horrendous after squats) | ||

Nice and snappy 3 x 2 at 75 (speedwork) Strict press 3 sets of 5 at 75. All nice and easy 15 mins intervals on treadmill KB snatches 3 sets of 10 (each arm) | ||
