Hey ho all. Changed my account since Rob is too busy getting corporate sporsorship to change my user name!!Tongue. New user name, new start and all that - well until Christmas at least when I've got 2 weeks off!

Some stats for those who have come to this 'new'.

Squat 220 kg
Bench 160 kg (gym)
Deadlift 260 kg
Strict press 110kg

all at about 115kg, and raw and beltless.

Went to the co-op with baby Nieve in her pushchair. Snow/ice on the pavement made it a good all over workout. 3 mile round trip took me a good hour and a half. Steaming like a horse when I got back. Then cleared the Mother-in -law's drive which took a good hour. Conditioning-tastic Sunday!

Bleedin' work - gets in the way of training. Was looking forward to some squatting this lunchtime, but had too much to do Roll-Eyes Will do it tomorrow.

Bit of the ol' DOMS in my quads this morning. Not felt that for a whileRoll-Eyes Must start doing fronties on a regular basis now. I don't mind being bested by the monsters, but when Smalls's fronties are 50kg more than mine, it's time to get down to business!!

Cheers Neil - finally getting back into a bit of a groove. I have been guilty over the last year of being a bit of a routine whore and wanting super quick results. That ain't gonna happen after 20+ years of training so now I go slow and steady and do what I know works for me
