Squats were all very nice and felt like there were doubles there. Felt a bit like a proper lifter today when a couple of lads said they thought my bench was massive!! Didn't have the heart to tell them otherwise so I thanked them and had a bit of a chat about how to get a bigger bench LOL | ||
