The squats weren't the best ever, but they were never going to fail. Bench felt a touch better than that | ||

It'll be OK in a couple of weeks I imagine, but then I am off to Spain for a couple of weeks, so it'll probably be the end of June before i'm training again. On the upside, it leaves plenty of time for cardio.... | ||

Not easy, but nothing was going to fail I suspect that I may hurt tomorrow..... | ||
