Quick update:

No training this week, or for the next few weeks probably as I manged to tear a mucsle in my forearm on Saturday trying to move some stones. It'll be OK in a couple of weeks I imagine, but then I am off to Spain for a couple of weeks, so it'll probably be the end of June before i'm training again. On the upside, it leaves plenty of time for cardio....

OK, so after a shed load of R&R, my forearm is OK and I'm starting training again on Monday. Glad it's not today coz I have got a really s**tty hangover...Unhappy
