The singles were a right f**king struggle. Once I get a pull to the knees I can lock the bugger out, but it's getting it there in the first place. Maybe some deficits are called for....or a look at my tech. Think i'm going way too low at the start

Having a big redevelopment at work mate and the gym went a while back, so i can only get to the gym once a day.Hopefully should have the gym back in action in April, so looking forward to that. Cardio has been on hold for a bit, but is now back as I really want to be 105 for the natty qualifier

It all look pretty strong mate - well done. I presume you meant that you can only get to the gym once a week - there are only a few on here that would moan about not being able to train more than once a day !

I can get to the gym every day, but only once! LOL. I used to train at work and got there twice a day, but the building is being redeveloped so have to go to a commercial gym and it doesn't open till 10 am, so no early morning pre-work sessions any moreUnhappy

first 4 sets were pretty ropey, but took the Oly shoes off for the last set et voila!. I think the raised heel was pitching me too far over the bar, which meant the bar was moving away from my body. Not good, but hopefully sorted by pulling in socks. We live and learn eh?

Too knackered to lift today so just had a run round the park, with a few sprints in there for good measure. Might help me deadlift like Tom!!
