No more training till the new year when I will be hitting the gym with renewed vigour and enthusiasm (sleep deprivation permitting) Thought I'd stick a couple of crackpipe goals in here for 2011 PL (unequipped - no belt or wraps)@100 - 105 Squat 250 Bench 170 Deadlift 290 Total 710 Strongman Actually do some SM training!! (this is proper crackpipe). However,the mother in law has a garage and a drive that might be used for log/yoke/farmers though. Best start saving the pennies for some of JT's kit. Will only be here sporadically over the next couple weeks so Merry Christmas to all Sugdenites | ||
