Bench 60 x 5 80 x 3 100 x 1 110 x 1 120 x 1 127.5 x 1 127.5 x 1 got a handoff for the second, and it was sooooo much easier leg curl 3 x 10 at 50 assisted chins 10,10,8 at 75 cybex shoulder press 3 x 10 at 50 seated tricep press 3 x 10 at 65 calf raise 3 x 10 at 120 machine bicep curl 3 x 10 at 30 | ||

When I get back I'm sacking Wendler off for a bit and going to triples doubles and singles based on Prilepin's numbers. It looks effing horrific which is why I'm hoping it will work..... | ||

Anybody who has read my journal before will see that I am terrible for chopping and changing my training style and I think this was another manifestation of that. Will be doing it for a while unless I get sidetracked into doing something else like wave periodisation or other stuff. Planning my sneak assault on Masters powerlifting fo next year, and maybe, with a bit of consitency I put put up some reasonable numbers. How are the goats?? | ||

First time i’ve done this much squatting in a single session for about....15 years! plus some BB stuff | ||
