Back from 2 weeks in Lanzarote, and off for a long weekend in the lakes on Friday. When I get back I'm sacking Wendler off for a bit and going to triples doubles and singles based on Prilepin's numbers. It looks effing horrific which is why I'm hoping it will work.....Roll-Eyes

LOL I'm not even sure that I am now Vinny. Anybody who has read my journal before will see that I am terrible for chopping and changing my training style and I think this was another manifestation of that. Probably just getting a little fed up with it, but thinking on it seems to be working ok so will probably stick with it. Training again tomorrow

Hey Smalls. Been running 531 for 6 cycles now. Been great to get back a modicum of strength. Will be doing it for a while unless I get sidetracked into doing something else like wave periodisation or other stuff. Planning my sneak assault on Masters powerlifting fo next year, and maybe, with a bit of consitency I put put up some reasonable numbers.

How are the goats??

these felt really hard at first (lack of warmup but got progressively better)
