16kg kettlebell press slow tempo 8/8/8 each arm
assisted pistol squat 4/4/4/4 each leg

circuit of 10 slow tempo press ups, 10 kettlebell swings each arm,10 kettlebell snatches each arm, 10 kettlebell goblet squats 20 situps , 3 rounds no rest between sets.

pistols are possibly the hardest exercise i have ever done , i did them hanging onto the door handle and on my left leg it felt like i was pretty much hauling myself up by my arms hopefully practice will improve this.

doesn't look much reading it back but it felt like a lot at the time.
The pace of my sprinting was very disappointing

Anyhow, what a relief we havent seen out tax increase with this budget...yet at least Wink

more likely vat will go up first i think , doubt they will do anything too drastic immediately. Good stuff with the fasting , how do you feel?

really good actually... the fasting gave me a headach the first time and has been no issue thereafter. and i do feel better for it.

thats great mate , my fasting has slipped a little recently , today is my first fast day in a couple of weeks

the semi sumo deadlifts were f**king hard , the conventional were pretty comfortable which was a relief!
