Squats 160/165/170 Bench 110/117.5/122.5 Deadlift 190/200/207.5 Total 500 Weak but reasonably happy considering it's a bad time of year for a comp for me. 4th (out of 7 I think) Top 3 were in another class (not literally) with totals between 600 and 680 for the winner! Fun. Aim is to total 530 in April | ||
