Did some stretching and a few kind of rehab/prehab. Decided to do some low bar squats for the first time in absolutely months, and tried a way of doing it that I've never done before (medium stance, bare feet, letting my knees go out over my toes rather than trying to twist my feet outwards) Squat: bar 50 80kg x 4,4,4 Ok so I didn't really go very heavy loal but the movement its self was pretty decent. I got someone to check my depth/technique and it was all good. | ||

Big drop off in strength probably largely due to 3 consecutive days of drinking too much, not enough sleep and poor nutrition. Some other factors in there too. DB Bench 35kg x 10 some pull downs and stuff. | ||
