lots of sets of biceps and triceps that involved full stacking the bicep machine for 28 "reps" Cool


Also I am now on the 3rd day of my cut. Weighed myself yesterday wearing clothes and after 3 meals, lots of water and about 1,000,000g of salt and was 86.4kg. I assume this makes me about 84.5kg or so.

Yesterday I should really have done some safety bar box squats. Unfortunately though I have managed to be ill for the second time in about 5 weeks so for a change I decided to not train. Still ill though. I don't think not training really makes one recover from an illness any quicker than just powering through.
