Squats 60KG x 5 100KG x 5 140KG x 5 185KG x 3 Wraps On 205KG x 1 - peanut 215KG x 1 - even easier Left it there as kness were hurting. Plan now is to have a 4 week build-up to a 260 max attempt Viking 45KG x 5 85KG x 5 140KG x 5, 5 Lat Pulldowns - 3x10 Standing Hamstring Curls - 3x10 Seated Hamstring Curls - 3x10 Hammer Curls - 3x10 Leg Extension - 3x10 After squat/viking just wanted to get some bloog flowing into the muscles really. Next week will be the start of the serious build-up to Englands | ||

Also, the wraps allow me to squat heavier, more CNS overload, which in theory should therefore increase my "raw" squat strength over time | ||
